Turbocharger Ball Bearings

Advantages
&
Features

A turbocharger is actually an air compressor that increases the intake volume by compressing air. It utilizes the inertial impact force of the exhaust gas discharged from the engine to drive the turbine in the turbine chamber. The turbine then drives the coaxial impeller, which pressurizes the air sent from the air filter pipe and pressurizes it to enter the cylinder. When the engine speed increases, the exhaust gas discharge speed and the turbine speed also increase simultaneously. The impeller compresses more air into the cylinder. The increase in air pressure and density can burn more fuel. By correspondingly increasing the fuel volume and adjusting the engine speed, the output power of the engine can be increased. The turbocharger bearing is a steel ball installed on the turbine shaft, which has a smaller starting friction force. The effect of turbo hysteresis is lower, which is more beneficial for the improvement of power limits.
